Just to be sure this is the same bug I'm experiencing, it's when I highlight a word on a page, right-click the word, then choose "Search Google for..." from the drop-down context menu. Occasionally, and I don't know what causes it, but instead it opens "http://www.google.com/firefox"; (without the highlighted word pre- populated).
