I'm not entirely sure this is relevant, but my problem seems relative.
I'm running UNR 10.04 on an Asus EeePC-1005HA after a completely fresh
install. When I try to use gconf-editor to exclude my terminal, I get a
"key not writable" error. When I maneuver my way to ~/.gconf/apps, there
is no "maximus" directory, so I'm not sure where Maximus is getting it's
settings. Just to be on the safe-side, since I have a separate /home
partition which I did *not* reinstall, I deleted the ~/.gconf folder and
restarted. I am *still* unable to exclude my terminal from Maximus. Any
ideas what steps I can take to fix this?
