Done: In Preferences -> Mail Accounts -> [account] -> Defaults I set "Ask for
each message" for "Send message receipts" option.
Expected: When I receive a mail with "Request Read Receipt" flag and I have the
above settings, Evolution should ask me if it should send a Read Receipt when I
mark the mail in question read.
Happened: Nothing

Happened: Nothing
I tried changing the above settings then reopen the setting window (in
order to make sure my option is saved). No success.
