Is this recurring systematically every day (or at least every week)
since you reported this bug?
If it is the case, please try to replace the "reload" command at the end
of /etc/init.d/rsyslog with '/sbin/reload', and let us know if it
corrects the issue. You would want to be sure that /sbin/reload does
exist as well. It should be provided by the 'upstart' package.
