I just found the same error message in my Xorg.0.log.
It only occures on my notebook with an Intel GMA 950 graphic chipset. It never 
happened with 9.04, it started with 9.10.

At first the error seemed to occur randomly, but the last two times it
happened when I was copying text with Ctrl-c. Right after pressing the
keys, the log-off occurred.

Xorg.0.log ends with these lines:
