Public bug reported:
Long ago the SDL devhelp book became obsolete and was removed. I have
rebuilt the devhelp index file from "chm" file distributed in the
official web site. I have attached both files, sdl.devhelp and
sdl.devhelp2
These files have to be copied into
/usr/share/doc/libsdl1.2-dev/docs/html/ and a symbolic link has to be
made in /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/sdl pointing to
/usr/share/doc/libsdl1.2-dev/docs/html/
Thats all.
