Quoting perfsuite's INSTALL:
" Additionally, if building for an IA-64 or AMD64 platform, you should use
tDOM version 0.8.1 or later. Earlier versions of tDOM had problems with
these 64-bit systems that have since been resolved by the tDOM developers.
At the time of this release of PerfSuite, the fixes had not yet appeared in
the released versions of tDOM, but you can retrieve a copy of the current
tDOM development version that should work properly through CVS:
setenv CVSROOT :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/local/pubcvs
cvs co tdom
Once tDOM 0.8.1 is released, you should use that version. Check the tDOM
web site for the latest release information."
Besides, the version present in debian and ubuntu is from 2003.... It
seems like an abandoned package there.
