I ran apport-collect, and got the authorization page, which covered over the terminal window and the instructions telling me what I should do on that page without giving me time to read what was in the terminal window. Consequently, I didn't realize I had to pick the "Change everything" option. I only found that after the page had launched and sent me back to the terminal window, where I had the time to read the instructions! I attempted to run the app again so I could change the authorization without success. How do I change the authorization to what it needs to be? The following is what appeared in the terminal window. I did notice it said Open office wasn't installed, which puzzled me.
