your guage of heavy load is about the same for me. just trying to do a
"sudo aptitude update" some times drops my connection out. or if i am
lucky enough for it to not drop it will just take over 20+ min to
complete. i am going to try to load a 2.6.32 and maybe try a 2.6.33
release candidate kernel to see if one of those helps out my
situation. ill make sure to report back if this helps at all.
