The patch is broken:

Also, it applies to the current lucid version instead of teh current
Debian version, which makes it harder to review.
Would you mind re-doing this with
debdiff ssl-cert_1.0.25.dsc ssl-cert_1.0.25ubuntu1.dsc > /tmp/ssl-
cert.merge.debdiff
