Binary package hint: cups
Since the massive conversion of several packages from a traditional
init.d script to an Upstart service, CUPS has difficulties interacting
with other network-aware packages that depend upon the LSB header
information used by insserv. Amazingly, CUPS is one of very few standard
Ubuntu packages that have not yet been converted to an Upstart service.
Doing this would resolve these unpleasant LSB issues and restore
operation for other packages that CUPS interacts with.
