I just got this error on Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic. I'm not aware of having
changed anything yesterday. When starting the computer today the message
was there out of the blue.

When I ran /usr/lib/indicator-applet/indicator-applet nothing seemed to
happen. No error messages either. indicator-applet is installed
(according to synaptic), I run a fresh install (no upgrade) and use the
(default) human theme.

I restarted the computer and this time indicator-applet was loaded
without any problems or error messages. I didn't change anything, only a
reboot.
