The package install javaws as an alternative, yet in the desktop file
the non-alternative version is used.
Exec=/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/bin/javaws %u
should be changed to either...
Exec=/usr/bin/javaws %u
or
Exec=/etc/alternatives/javaws %u
