It's a bit unclear to me whether you are looking for support (use the
Answer tracker for that) or if you want to report a bug. If you want to
report a bug in Ubuntu (!) then you fail to mention even the most basic
information like what Ubuntu release you are using and what version of
sl-modem-daemon. I think the easiest way may be to run "sudo apport-
collect 382654"
