oh ... next time try to keep stuff in same style as the packaging. I am now doing this for you:
mv debian/patches/gcc-atomic-intrinsics debian/patches/gcc-atomic- intrinsics.patch and i update the debian/patches/series accordingly ... and i also move the patch to end of the series file as we usually add patches at the end.
