I don't think this is exactly a duplicate. Yes, restarting netbook-
launcher refreshes the new custom icons in the Main Menu folders
(Applications, Games, Internet, etc.) per bug 283914, but restarting
netbook-launcher does *not* cause the Favorites custom icons to update.
I think this is still a separate issue that has something to do with
reading the right line in the .desktop file.
