Guus Can you please give us the exact version of firefox by pasting the
output of "apt-cache policy firefox" without the ". Also can you please
try for a while to see if you can reproduce this and take a screenshot
of it and give us what you did to lead up to it, like what website were
you viewing, was it a flash video or another type of video so on and so
forth.
