Well I don't feel 100% comfortable with this "workaround" for a SRU but do appreciate the additional explanation from Debian for why it's happening. Definitely an upstream-coordinated "fix" would be the right solution, but in the meantime, I'm torn on this. On one hand, it's a trivial fix, but on the other hand, I'm not sure how we feel about copying binaries into a private home directory on launch.
