Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: luciole
On ubuntu karmic , luciole version 0.8.2.
On open recent menu, when trying to open a listed who does no more exist
( deleted by user), nothing happens. Luciole does not display any error
message.
Luciole raise the following exception, during this procedure :
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/lib/luciole/lucioLib/luciole_manage_recent.py", line 74, in
menu_activate
self._cb_open(project)
File "/usr/lib/luciole/lucioLib/luciole_controller.py", line 150, in
open_project
raise L_EXCEP.LucioException,err
lucioLib.luciole_exceptions.LucioException: (' invalid file name : ',
'/home/XXXXX/Bureau/luciole_project/luciole_project.xml')
2 solutions to solve the problem :
- erase non existing project from the open recent list
- display a message indicating that project does not exist.
A work around is to remove the file /home/$USER/.luciole/lucioleConf.xml
