This is something we cant fix and it is better to use a panel color which
allows you better visibility.
We can not maintain a good contrast for every possible panel shade.
Closing bug as wont fix.
Dont wrory though , the -symbolic icons are being worked on and this
problem will be fixed from the librsvg side. Probably for Lucid+1
