Binary package hint: net-tools
After an interface has gone down, and the IPv4 address is correctly
gone, the IPv6 is (incorrectly) still there.
See wlan1 interface below: you can still see the IPv6 address.
Correct behaviour should be that the IPv6 would be removed too.
