Feisty Fawn 7.04 (Herd 5).
When turning "Desktop Effects" on from System/Preferences/Desktop
Effects, window manager decorations disappear immediately. After this
there is no way to for example resize windows, although Alt+MouseClick
will still allow one to move windows.
Switching between workplaces works also.
Logging out and logging again in has no effect on this one. Window
manager is practically dead.
