The bug seems to be in the evince version coming with Karmic (it is not
CUPS as the preview of evince is already wrong) and fixed in the evince
version coming with Lucid.
If you want to get this fix also into Karmic, please tell here by
clicking "Nominate for release" and choosing "Karmic" as the desired
release. It depends on the Ubuntu package maintainers of evince whether
an update for Karmic will actually get performed.
