I expected kde to start after entering the password in kdm login screen.
After kde splash disappears on startup, the desktop is empty, no panel, no
widgets. Alt+F2 works and starts applications.
The only thing changed after the very installation is synaptic, mc and powertop
installed; i think this problem doesn't concern them.
