We are getting some bug reports that seem similar to yours (and both
before and after you reported this one). Unfortunately, none of the
backtraces, so far, was usable.
It seems you already have some of the dbgsym packages installed, and you
are also able to reproduce at will, sort of.
Could you please download libusplash0-dbgsym, and get a new apport
trace? This, hopefully, will give us enough data to pin this one down.
