It happends more times on desktop PCs with almost new hardware... It
corrupted data more than 100GB. So do you still think that it is HW
problem?

Problem happends on openSuse, Ubuntu and Linux Mint, all with this version:
e2fsck 1.41.9 (22-Aug-2009)
