alright; got to try this again, compat-wireless-2010-02-12 makes it act as you described; blinking with wifi traffic, there may even be another bug where it stays orange for a long time (long enough to indicate that wifi might actually be disabled if you don't watch the indicator for changes for at least 10 seconds) though; is the expected behaviour for this light with this driver documented somewhere? (hopefully next to the documentation that tells you how to disable it :) or at least make it act as the windows driver does - blue = rf on, orange = rf off with no inbetween)
further, i still plan to check out linux- image-2.6.33-020633rc8-generic_2.6.33-020633rc8_amd64 and linux- image-2.6.32-020632-generic_2.6.32-020632_amd64 -- [Compaq Presario CQ60 Notebook PC] rfkill indicator not working with ath5k https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/518150 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
