That's the point of the bug:
"I got IO errors when rsyncing an ISO image to my ecryptfs home dir instead of
ENOSPACE and saw scary logs in dmesg."
I wish I'd get ENOSPC in the application running on top of ecryptfs and
not to get any awful message in dmesg; this should be a normal operating
condition for /home.
