Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: jajuk

the package "Jajuk" from karmic and lucid repositories requests for a
lot of unnecessary dependencies, the MOST annoying of it is the
installation of MplayerGUI even having MplayerNOGUI installed on the
system. The Jajuk package downloaded from jajuk's website requests only
2 packages: "Sun Java 6" and mplayer GUI/NOGUI . So why after i chose to
install MplayerNOGUI (for using SMPlayer for instance) after the
installation of Jajuk form the software channels i must come up with
MplayerGUI. I Don't need it and Jajuk doesn't need it! The same annoying
dependency i found in "Lives" package in Karmic. So why i must install
so many packages from outside just to keep my machine with only the
software that i requested?

** Affects: jajuk (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
