Binary package hint: gthumb
steps:
1. open a directory in gthumb and double-click on one of the files to view it
in gthumb
2. move the file with nautilus to another directory
3. move the directory that previously had the file to the trash with nautilus
I have up to date feisty (gthumb 2.9.3-0ubuntu3).
