Can you try passing the "irqpoll" option to the kernel and see if that
helps? If it does help and you're able to boot, can you supply "sudo
lspci -vvnn", "dmesg", "lsmod" and "sudo dmidecode" output so we can try
to debug why this is happening in the first place?
