No. The Output tab in gnome-volume-control now shows three devices: Internal Audio Analog Stereo RV620 Audio device [Radeon HD 34xx Series] Digital Stereo (HDMI) Simultaneous output to RV620 Audio device [Radeon HD 34xx Series] Digital Stereo (HDMI), Internal Audio Analog Stereo
and any of them can be selected. There is a problem at present with the actual output through HDMI, but that (I think) is due to the current incompatibilities between the kernel, fglrx and xorg and is not related to this bug. As far as I am concerned, this bug can now be closed. -- HDMI output no longer visible in gnome-volume-control https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/420471 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
