Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-user-share

We cannot enable "Personal File Sharing" due to "the required packages
are not installed on your system". What packages? Shouldn't we have a
button or link somewhere on this dialog box telling us how to install
the needed packages? Obviously by bringing up this preference we would
like to enable it but are given no instructions on how to go about that.

Funny thing is, even though my laptop doesn't have bluetooth hardware, I
can enable bluetooth sharing but it doesn't say "This feature cannot be
enabled because the required hardware is not installed on your system"
