jaymit, Thank you for submitting this bug report and helping to make Ubuntu One better. I don't see anything in the logs that apport included. If you would like to help us debug the situation more that would be greatly appreciated.
Applications->Accessories->Terminal, and run: sudo killall ubuntuone-client-applet ubuntuone-syncdaemon Then run: /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-syncdaemon --debug > ~/syncdaemon-debug.log Start the Ubuntu One client from the menu as you normally would. Then copy in a file that would replicate your problem. After a few minutes and the sync is complete you will find a file in your home directory called syncdaemon-debug.log.
