Omer: it's best to explain all your actions in bug reports (even if its blatantly obvious). In this case it would be best to see if the OP wanted a default icon when there wasn't one present on his/her buddy list. If this is the case then make sure it gets upstream (pending a search for duplicates). If this is a problem with notifications, move it to notify-osd.
