SambaWare responded to me via email, saying: Dear Draycen, Thanks a lot for your interest and fast reply. Right now I've started Thunderbird in Safe Mode, according to your instructions. I've then tried to print a simple e-mail comprising only three lines of text (no hyperlinks and no other objects) but I just got the error message I reported before. By the way, you translation is perfect. I'd like to add that the print preview of the e-mail works fine. I've requested printing and print preview from the “File” menu. May be this problem is related with the fact that direct printing from the Document Viewer (Evince) or from the browser (Mozilla) since Karmic Koala does not function any more, as already reported by many users?
@SambaWare Thank you for the response. Is there a certain report that you are referring to? Also, you mentioned that printing works fine in other programs; does this include Evince and Firefox? -- Unable to print e-mails with Thunderbird on Ubuntu Karmic https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/522357 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
