Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: claws-mail

claws-mail fails to open its main window if network-manager is not
running. (I use wicd and pekwm.)

I think network-manager should at least be marked as a dependency, since
it seems wrong to allow claws-mail to be installed but fail to work on a
system without network-manager installed.

And of course, it would be better if it ran if the network connection
was established.
