I have set this bug back to confirmed as it now appears to be affecting
Lucids kernel.
Iso ubutnu 20100222 desktop 64bit
Kernel linux-image-2.6.32-14-generic
This happen both during the the install and once installed.
Pitti advised to reopen the bug.
