Notes: jack is already in main for Lucid. pulse has been compiled with
support for it.

jack1 does not have dbus negotiation, so this symptom will continue for
Lucid (which very probably will not receive jack2) unless we make some
pretty horrible hacks for qjackctl. What would need to be done is to use
pasuspender if the jack sink+source is not active.
