Please update your client to the newest version ubuntuone-client 1.0.3.
You can make sure your client is up to date by running System >
Administration > Update Manager.
Also you might want to delete your syncdaemon.conf. I noticed in your
logs bandwidth throttling is set to -1. This is a bug that has been
fixed in the newer ubuntuone-client. You can do that by running the
following command in a Terminal:
rm ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf
