Thank you for taking the time to submit this bug report. To help determine the 
root cause of your issue could you please attach some logs for us. You can do 
that by  just making an archive (right-click and select compress) of your 
$HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the archive here. You can attach 
the archive by clicking the 'Add Attachment or Patch' button at the bottom of 
the page.
