Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

The g-p-m instance that runs at gdm time has some undesirable defaults
set.  Specifically the lid_ac setting:

lid_ac = suspend

Is it really a reasonable default to suspend when (closing the lid
while) on AC? When on battery, sure, but on AC?

I think this should be set to "blank" likely.
