libopensync-plugin-syncml fails to build as it requires libsoup2.2 too.
In addition, it refuses to build against new interface of libsyncml.
This could be solved by moving to libopensync-plugin-syncml 0.39, but
this new version requires libopensync1exp7-dev from opensync 0.39.

So it seems that the way forward is to move opensync and all its plugins
to newer versions, but this will require careful analysis, especially
since we are already in the Feature Freeze.
