sorry, I had to go out of town unexpectedly. I'll try and do a screen capture tomorrow. I don't know for sure what is causing it but it appears to be related to ubuntuone. There is nothing in the pop-up that gives me any clue where it is coming from or what it is about.
At one time I thought it may be related to an IP address conflict as a result of a system coming online. It could still be but I don't think so.
