Okay for some reason this new kernel is working now but I still believe
it the problem is some sort of conflict between
NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-190.53-pkg2
and this new kernel
2.6.32-14-generic
as it still runs in low graphics mode and wont run the NVIDIA driver.
Neither will it reinstall the NVIDIA driver.
