Not exactly - kernel-image-2.6.32-10-generic-di is a udeb, an installer
component that's never meant to be installed on a real system.  And
certainly, if this system was installed as karmic, there's no way this
could have been left there by the karmic installer since as you say,
it's a lucid package.  So you should remove this package, and perhaps
trace the logs to find out why it was installed.
