Public bug reported:
When using the desktop CD of Feisty Fawn Herd 5 the ne2k_pci module is
loaded but the nic doesn't work with static or dhcp ip. (the nic works
with a dapper and edgy livecd).
This chipset is commonly used in older networks with realtek, smc,
accton and dlink coax nics.
