Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xchat-indicator

When clicking on the 'classical' tray-icon xchat is toggled between
hidden and shown. This should be adopted by the indicator element. Right
now clicking on this element just tries to get the xchat window in the
foreground, if the xchat window is hidden (by using the old tray icon)
nothing happens.
