Adding the transitional package is easy enough, but unfortunately it
breaks the build.
This package uses DEB_PYTHON_SYSTEM=pycentral, and no cloud-init.install
file. Thus, when the transitional binary package was added, cloud-init
was basically empty.
I spent a couple of hours wrestling with this, and couldn't bend it to
my will. Sorry, Scott.
James, could you take a look at this perhaps?
