It is confirmed in lucid dict-xdict 0.1-4
To workaround this error, edit the file /var/lib/dpkg/info/dict-xdict.postrm as
superuser and add the line
exit 0
at the second line (just below #!/bin/sh)
Then open a terminal and run:
$ sudo dpkg --purge dict-xdict
This will remove the broken package.
